We just returned from my daughters wedding at the Maison! What a spectacular event location for a destination wedding! The staff was incredible…..The courtyard was magical! Beautiful! The wedding coordinator was wonderful! The food was abundant and tasted so good! The hotel is in a quiet section of the Quarter…however it is within walking distance of the heart of the French Quarter. Beds were very comfortable! I would return to this hotel in the Quarter.
The Center on Instruction held a national conference at the Maison Dupuy Hotel. I want to take this opportunity to let you know that the support from the hotel was excellent. Sales Manager Christine Sory was always available and helped me with even small details (such as maps) to make the meeting and the participants’ stay in New Orleans pleasant. Nathan on the Bell Staff was friendly and efficient in helping us access meeting materials that we had shipped to you for the meeting. Finally, Lavonne Robins of the Banquets Staff was a fabulous support. She had the meeting room and food ready each day and at each break. Her work was seamless, unobtrusive, and timely. She made it easy for me to run the meeting, rather than deal with the details of room setup and services. I extend my thanks to these particular staff and the remaining support staff who made our meeting and stay in New Orleans successful.

There are simply no adequate words to express my gratitude to you for making our family’s recent visit to New Orleans so special.
Many of us had never been to New Orleans and were pretty much in the dark regarding the area. Under your guidance, it was a family experience that will always be famous. Paul Alongi was overwhelmed by this "60th Birthday Celebration".
I thank you so very much for setting up our rooms according to the way that we wanted. The Maison Dupuy’s staff was always very gracious and pleasant, taking care of all our needs; from the restaurant, bar, valet, doorman, and front desk. They all were the epitome of "Southern Hospitality".
We will be visiting your hotel again in the future. I will also highly recommend The Maison Dupuy to all my friends, business associates, and family that are "event planners".

We had a great meeting at the Maison Dupuy. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and clean. Many attendees commented that the beds are more comfortable that their own beds. The meeting room was well-lighted, well-situated and suited us just perfectly. The food was excellent. We really enjoyed eating in the courtyard that first night.
Mostly, I’d like to commend the staff. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly, easy going and very accommodating. Overall, this made the atmosphere of the Maison Dupuy so enjoyable. We just returned home from a WONDERFUL
weekend in New Orleans! I go there with business associates
several times a year for the evening (we live relatively
close) but my wife had not been after five years of living
this close to the "Big
Easy" and wanted to go. I planned the trip for her birthday
and chose your Hotel as the place I thought would be warm and
accommodating for us for a few days. I must tell you, the Maison
Dupuy has exceeded my WILDEST expectations! The room was wonderful,
the service by the staff was THE BEST I HAVE EXPERIENCED outside
of Europe! The food was beyond anything we have had in five
years living in the south!
My wife and I both were very pleasantly surprised with the
great folks in Bell/Valet Services; the front desk (Mary);
the Bistro (Tobie), the Housekeeping staff; the list goes on!
I wish I would have written the names of every single person
on your staff that we encountered. We would really like to
recognize them for their hospitality, kindness, and attention
to the customer! We did not have one negative experience with
ANY person on your staff! They all are OUTSTANDING! We were
(and still are) SHOCKED!! We spent 36 hours in paradise as
a result of your fine hotel and staff. WE WILL BE BACK VERY
SOON! I will recommend your hotel to all our friends and my
business associates.

just experienced at your establishment.

My brothers, sister, and I get together
with our spouses for a special gathering each month or so.
It was my turn to choose. Without hesitating, I said we should
go to the Sunday Buffet at the Maison Dupuy. We’ve been there
before and had a wonderful time. With all the problems facing
us today, I just wanted to be with my brothers and sister
at a place that left such fine memories…a place we had
a great time in; just the Esquerré ‘boys’
and ‘girl’ (and, of course our wonderful spouses)
It happened again last Sunday! We go to so many places; but,
you top them all!: the ambiance, the food, the live music,
the beautiful, friendly people who saw to all our needs. The
Maitre’di was charming and ran things smoothly; the wait staff
kept us filled and always with a warm smile. Victor, our waiter,
fit in so perfectly with our family. We even insisted he join
in on a family photo. I’m with Delta Air Lines, and, I know
how the complaints always arrive in droves; but the good letters,
(from well-meaning people who say they will send one, come
in at a trickle). Thanks again for a fabulous time! We hope
to return again.

Europe and the Middle East and can say that my meal at your

Just a note of thanks for an enjoyable stay at the Maison
Dupuy. Upon check-in, Mary at the front desk was very accommodating
and the attendants were courteous and quick. The room was in
keeping with your web site’s description and then some! The
location is as good as its gets, right on the boundary where
you don’t exit into crowds of people, yet close to the ventures
on Bourbon St. and the shopping on Royal. We thoroughly enjoyed
our stay and will return.

making the reservations to checking out. The whole experience

we had the best time. Your location is just AWESOME! We couldn’t
have chosen a better place to stay. Everyone at the hotel

Most people email to complain, but I
wanted to do the exact opposite. Please make sure everyone
at the hotel knows what a wonderful job they’re doing and
how pleased & proud we

My two friends & I had a wonderful stay at the Maison
Dupuy. From the moment we pulled in, Nat greeted us & took
care of everything from our car to where to start our day.
Our room was just perfect overlooking the courtyard. We will
never forget our 3 day stay. Girl friends from different parts
of the U.S. (one from Washington state!) could not have picked
a better place to get together.
Check out was very smooth even though
we asked to split our bill 3 ways. When leaving, Marvin had
our car cooled & ready
to roll with excellent directions home. We have decided to
make this a yearly retreat & will stay no other place than
the Maison Dupuy!! Thanks for a memorable time.

My father had stayed in your hotel 25 years ago and when we
started making the plans for the visit to New Orleans specifically
requested that we go back to the Maison Dupuy. He raved about

The renovation job on the hotel is beautiful and you continue

we had in New Orleans the first week of April, 2001. It was
our first visit to the City, so we wanted to be sure that
our hotel was all that it should be. The Maison Dupuy exceeded
our expectations! Our room overlooking the pool was lovely
and wonderfully peaceful after a day of walking aroung the
more boisterous places on Bourbon Street, Jackson Square,
etc. Your bell captain, Marvin, deserves a special "employee
of the year" award!
He’s a real treasure with loads of information about the Quarter.
