BISTREAUX offers breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner daily, with poolside service available seasonally.

Local musicians are featured in Bistreaux on Friday evenings from 3pm-6pm creating the perfect ambience for enjoying great local cuisine, hand-crafted cocktails, local draft beers and deliciously affordable wines. Bistreaux's floor to ceiling windows are perfect for people watching at the corner of Toulouse and Burgundy in the heart of the French Quarter.

Executive Chef Matt Regan is committed to partnering with local farmers and fisherman to ensure that only the freshest produce, seafood, meats and poultry are used to create a menu that hotel guests and locals enjoy. Chef Regan is an award-winning chef who understands that in New Orleans, people don't just eat to live, but live to eat!

Bistreaux is open 7 days a week and features Sunday Jazz Brunch from 10:30am-3pm in our iconic French Quarter courtyard. Complimentary valet parking is provided!
