SUZAUNE & Company

A native of New Orleans, Suzaune Yee McKamey has been singing, acting and dancing her way through life (and around the world) since the age of three. After graduating NOCCA, she received her BFA in theatre from SMU in Dallas. Her diverse talents have earned her numerous appearances in musicals, musical come- dies, as well as drama roles. As a result of her achievements, New Orleans Magazine featured Suzaune as one of the “Thirty People to Watch” in 2005 the same year as Earl Turner. Since Hurricane Katrina, Suzaune has been heavily involved rescuing animals around the greater New Orleans area, and has been using her stage charisma, as well as her singing ability to get her act together - cabaret act that is! Recently Suzaune & Company has played at The Ritz Carlton, Windsor Court, The Bombay Club, Café Sbisa and Beebe’s on the Lake. Suzaune is known by her peers including Earl Turner, George Benson, Jeremy Davenport and Rockin’ Doopsie (to name drop just a few) as: “More than a singer ~ Suzaune is a true entertainer”!
