The French Quarter Bistro's menu blends together the traditional Creole and Cajun style cooking of New Orleans with such entrees as Louisiana Gumbo, Crab and Crawfish Cakes, Bar B-Q Shrimp, Jambalaya, Red Fish, Shrimp Creole and Crawfish Etouffée and more!
