I would like to let you know that staying at your hotel was one of the best experiences in all of my travels. Your staff was well mannered, polite, helpful and friendly. We caused some confusion by checking in late and combining one night with a reservation from hotels.com, and your staff handled it with ease. Thank you and your staff so much for making a trip to a new city a delightful one. The room was delightfully comfortable, and I am curious as to what brand of sheets and comforters you use. Again, thank you and your staff for a wonderful experience. We will most definitely stay here again and will recommend you to all we know. Have a wonderful day!
