The Center on Instruction held a national conference at the Maison Dupuy Hotel. I want to take this opportunity to let you know that the support from the hotel was excellent. Sales Manager Christine Sory was always available and helped me with even small details (such as maps) to make the meeting and the participants' stay in New Orleans pleasant. Nathan on the Bell Staff was friendly and efficient in helping us access meeting materials that we had shipped to you for the meeting. Finally, Lavonne Robins of the Banquets Staff was a fabulous support. She had the meeting room and food ready each day and at each break. Her work was seamless, unobtrusive, and timely. She made it easy for me to run the meeting, rather than deal with the details of room setup and services. I extend my thanks to these particular staff and the remaining support staff who made our meeting and stay in New Orleans successful.
