I emailed prior to be sure everything was set in stone as i was quite anxious, considering my overall preference and concerns before i arrived. I was blown away by the reception and respect shown towards me in fulfilling my request. Welcomed by friendly, personable staff who treated me as a valued patron. They escorted me to my very swankroom! the girls at the desk were extremely professional & personable with great personalities. Overall friendly not stuffy make this hotel a comfortable stay.
