We were there on a very busy weekend, was not only upgraded due to over booking the balcony rooms, but was very helpful and understanding when we had to leave early because of a death in the family. On our departure my friend left her purse, it was found, packed and shipped fedex to me the next day. That was truly a life saver for her and was the deal maker as far as i'm concerned. Overall a very good experience for us.
