I can certainly understand that the restaurant (Bistreaux) staff is a bit more "laid back" than i am accustomed to. This is New Orleans, after all. I think the restrooms were far too small the door barely cleared the toilet seat. But the room was huge, gorgeous decor, and comfortable. The staff always had a good recommendations on where to go and what to do. I will absolutely stay here again, and will recommed it to my friends.
