I just wanted to thank Antonio Jones for his consumate professionalism in helping my wife and I to secure a room at the hotel. Due to a mistake we made in the dates of our reservation, I found myself at the hotel with no reservation on a completely sold out weekend. Antonio handled the situation with class and poise. He actually displaced his own brother for one night so we could have a room. We had a great time and have never recieved customer service like that ever. Antonio did an amazing job for us and made our mistake something he could solve. We'll definately be back.
