The hotel room felt very safe and cozy. The staff was also excellent in their recommendations for food on the first day, though in the morning it felt like they were herding us along with other guests to a certain restaurant, so we decided not to go. The overall experience was great, and the only reason we won't stay again is so we can try other hotels in the French Quarter next time we go to New Orleans.
