We just returned home from a WONDERFUL weekend in New Orleans! I go there with business associates several times a year for the evening (we live relatively close) but my wife had not been after five years of living this close to the "Big Easy" and wanted to go. I planned the trip for her birthday and chose your Hotel as the place I thought would be warm and accommodating for us for a few days. I must tell you, the Maison Dupuy has exceeded my WILDEST expectations! The room was wonderful, the service by the staff was THE BEST I HAVE EXPERIENCED outside of Europe! The food was beyond anything we have had in five years living in the south! My wife and I both were very pleasantly surprised with the great folks in Bell/Valet Services; the front desk (Mary); the Bistro (Tobie), the Housekeeping staff; the list goes on! I wish I would have written the names of every single person on your staff that we encountered. We would really like to recognize them for their hospitality, kindness, and attention to the customer! We did not have one negative experience with ANY person on your staff! They all are OUTSTANDING! We were (and still are) SHOCKED!! We spent 36 hours in paradise as a result of your fine hotel and staff. WE WILL BE BACK VERY SOON! I will recommend your hotel to all our friends and my business associates. I can never thank you enough for the wonderful weekend we just experienced at your establishment.
