Paulette was wonderful, the valet and bellman was top notch, polite, helpful, front desk was like coming home to Mama's, room was emaculate, intended to take only a 30 minute nap, woke up 3 hours later. Marvelous experience! Will be back. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
