The reservations operator was kind and understanding of our delayed arrival. When we arrived at the hotel on the 8th, the gentleman at the front dest was very kind and welcoming. Even though this is an older building the location, service and accomodations were 5 star quaility to us! Excellent choice if you want to be in the middle of it all!
