Dec. 6, 2013 : “Front Desk Lady was wonderful, all smiles. We arrived at 12:30 PM on Dec. 1 and were given the room right away even though check in was much later. Hotel grounds and room were very clean, hallways had a great appearance. Fountain was not working but the courtyard was in great shape.”

Dec. 4, 2013 : The staff was amazingly accommodating and professional. I'm an early riser (4 a.m.) and the overnight staff was terrific. On the day shift, Marvin and Larry are worth their weight in gold. All of these people made our trip better. My only complaint is that I had to walk to a gas station a block and a half away at 4 in the morning to get a cup of coffee. In a hotel this nice, that shouldn't be the case. I was very disappointed that there wasn't coffee in the lobby 24/7. The staff works very hard to build goodwill and that shouldn't be undone by a management decision that could be so easily remedied

Nov. 17, 2013 : Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in...and I have stayed in some of the best hotels all over the United States. The Maison DuPuy has a nostalgic charm and is located directly within the French Quarter. Although I enjoyed the beauty of the hotel, I was mostly impressed with the staff. The entire staff was unbelievably accommodating, charming, and pleasant but the concierge Sarah was invaluable! Sarah knew us by name and was honest about what tours and restaurants she thought were best for us. Throughout our trip Sarah made several reservations for us and set-up several tours for us. She truly made our trip easy and a joy! Other wonderful pleasures about the Maison DuPuy was the excellent sound proofing in the rooms, very comfortable beds, and delightful restaurant located directly within the hotel. I truly will never be staying anywhere else in New Orleans! Thank you Maison DuPuy!!!!!
Nov. 14, 2013 : I want to thank you for the wheel chair for 3 days, my husband fell. He wouldn't been able to explore your great city I was able to push him and enjoy our 3 days there. We were able to enjoy your great restaurants and shops.
