Oct. 17, 2013 : “1) We were in Room 530. There are two prints on the walls that are exactly the same. Thought that was kind of weird. 2) When we came into the room, there was a smell that was a little odd and questionable. After a while we got used to it. Smelled the same thing again later. 3) Thought I was going to die by getting upset with the music in the courtyard. WAY TOO LOUD!!! Called the desk at 9:30 and Ashley said it would end at 10:00. Fortunately we were are to survive, but it was not appreciated at all. 4) The Sunday m\orning buffet is excellent. I like having two kinds of eggs, among other things. 5) Everyone we spoke with were attentive people and were courteous. Standouts were the room service attendant and the waitress on Sunday with the Ingram shirt. We really like the concierge Sarah. 6) We like the bell staff and garage attendants. 7) My wife would like to have LMN on the television. 8) My wife really enjoyed the pena colada. Thanks!

Oct. 17, 2013 : “We had a problem with our reservation. I had reserved a double on your web site, but somehow during the reservation process it switched to a King. The staff were not able to give us one for that night as the Hotel was full; but switched for the second night of the stay and we were very grateful.”

Oct. 17, 2013 : “My wife and i stayed for 3 nights the weekend of 9/28-10/1. we were very happy with the entire experience. We will return on our next visit to New Orleans for sure. The staff were very nice and helpful especially front desk and housekeeping. We did not eat in the restaurant, but the bar service was great. Hope to see you soon.”

Oct. 17, 2013 : I think the hair dryers should be updated. Our toilet occasionally would run for no reason...we were able to close the door and sleep through it. (room 300) The hotel was super quiet and the bed the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel. I travel to a hotel 3-6 nights a month. Donald one of your Bell men had to be the most personable employee. He gave us his cell number in case we got lost. Guess he just is a natural at taking care of customers. When we checked out it showed a Bistro charge. It was not ours and the desk clerk could not have been more curious in resolving the issue. I am sorry I did not get her name. YOU can probably pull it up?? Thank you for an enjoyable stay!”

Oct. 17, 2013 : “I had a fantastic stay with Maison Dupuy. I was in town for a medical school interview at Tulane, and the morning of my interview I wasn't able to get a cab. The valets called one company twice and a second company once, and after 25 minutes of waiting, still no cab arrived. At this point it was 10 minutes to my interview, which isn't enough time to walk. One of the valets (Jeffery) rescued me and drove me to my interview in his own vehicle. I have never had someone go so far above and beyond the call of duty to help me before. What a fantastic person! (Please don't get him in trouble, he was only away from his post for about 10 minutes!) I made it to the interview on time and have since been accepted to the program. I will make sure to recommend Maison Dupuy to all of my future New Orleans guests! Thank you!”

Oct. 17, 2013 : We had a great time at the hotel. We did not utilize all the amenities available. We did ask for refrigerator for our room and it was supplied quickly, efficiently and with no problems... thank you for honoring our request.”
