Oct. 17, 2013 : “We only ate one meal (dinner) in the hotel and found the food average but received less then good service but not enough to rate if poor. The wait person seemed almost disinterested in his job and was "going through the motions".”

Oct. 17, 2013 : “At check-in our rate was incorrect at the front desk. We brought a copy of our confirmation letter and your stay took care of it immediately. They were friendly and told us our rooms were not yet ready. We had to wait, but not that long. We paid extra for a baloncy room, which we were not impressed with at all. In addition, our hair dryer did not have a cover and barly worked. Our biggest problem was on Sunday morning prior to checking out of the hotel, we went to the Restaurant for breakfast. You wait staff did everything to get us to go the buffet. My husband finally agreed, however, I ordered Eggs Benedit. Unfortunately, the food was horrible. The buffet was completely cold and barely had food in the shaving dishes. The wait staff seemed lazy and just not very attentive. When our server finally come around and we told her that we didn't like the food, she was nice and apolozied; however, did nothing to reduce the bill or see if she could bring us anything else. Breakast cost over 40.00. The hotel is old and could use some updating. However, overall, our stay was pleasant.”

Oct. 17, 2013 : Thank you for making our stay in New Orleans a great time.... the hotel is beautiful well kept and clean. The staff welcomed us from the time we pulled into the garage to the time we left the garage. Everyone was so accommodating and truly happy to be working at the hotel. The room was awesome...beautiful courtyard view.. thanks again for your effort to make out of town families VERY HAPPY they chose New Orleans.
Oct. 17, 2013 : I was disappointed that the 2 double bed room that I requested when I made the reservation was not available. The suite you substituted was very nice and there is little that I can say of a negative nature regarding the substitution. A pull out sofa bed is not as comfortable as a double bed would have been, but it was not uncomfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay with you.
Oct. 17, 2013 : Love everything about the Maison Dupuy from beginning to end of our stay. We first visited in June and enjoyed it so much we returned for this visit & suggested our friends stay as well. They loved it as much as we do! Can not wait for our next visit! Keep up the great work! Our only suggestion and it is minor would be cushions on the balcony chairs.
Oct. 17, 2013 : Best hotel in the French Quarter! Understand it is going to be highly upgraded next year. Can't wait to see how much more awesome it will become. Keep up the good work. Staff is OUTSTANDLY FRIENDLY! Like being home.
Oct. 17, 2013 : I would like to mention the two front desk girls Ashley and Dana M. they were extremely courteous , helpful and friendly. They should be commended for a well job done. They helped make the check-in tolerable room not ready and the check-out painless. the waitress in your dining room Dottie made our meals eaten there a delight. She was efficient the service was commendable friendly and attentive, she made us feel so much at home and for the 3 or 4 meals we ate there she remembered us and what we liked. She deserves a gold star or a bonus! A truly lovely stay at your hotel.
