Jul. 29, 2013 : Hats off to the staff of the Maison Dupuy. From the valets (Milton, Bolton) to the front desk staff (Kim) to the management team (Rodney is the best), I was very impressed. As a business traveler, it is refreshing to see a team that is as courteous and kind as yours. As a former valet in Atlanta, I can be very critical of valets when I travel. In addition to parking, I need to know where to eat, where to drink, shop, etc. Your valets are top-notch ambassadors for your great city. Even at a late hour, I was directed to some good, hot food. Again, great job Maison Dupuy. First-Class service!!!

Jul. 2, 2013 : Perfect location- Just loved the place, stayed two nights and have nothing but excellence to report, beyond reasonable pricing. Very comfortable room and for an a/c unit that doesn't come on and go off and come on and go off. Thanks for a wonderful visit.

Jun. 22, 2013 : We have not even arrived yet and I already most impressed by the quality of service I have received from the reservation people directly at the hotel. If the hotel is a nice as them then it must be a winner! I really do not think we will be at all disappointed. My theory has always been "under promise and over deliver" and you will always have delighted customer. I think the Maison Dupuy is on the right track and we are looking forward to our upcoming visit.

Jun. 18, 2013 : The BEST customer service I've ever had!! Paulette (who works there)went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. I wish there was a Paulette at every hotel we stayed at!

Jun. 17, 2013 : My family visited New Orleans for the first time we live in California and found this hotel to be represented very fairly in all that we saw on line about it. The courtyard and pool area was lovely especially in the evening. I felt like we had a good French Quarter experience. Our only two complaints were that there was no concierge on duty during our stay and that for the price some sort of breakfast even continental wasn't included this makes traveling as a family much easier and economical.
