Apr. 17, 2012 : We did have difficulty booking by phone-recored message only could not get through to live person. Ended up booking on line. on arrival, we found the dresser drawers broken, and itwas fixed immediately. Thanks. The toilet runs a bit in the room (off and on). We will definitely stay with you in the future. You do a great job of service for all, pool is clean. Excellent overall experience.

Apr. 17, 2012 : Visited to attend the Simi Wine Dinner at the Le Meritage. A great experience. Great Wines, outstanding food and first class service. Next year you should consider a package of hotel stay and wine dinner. Could be a great seller.

Apr. 17, 2012 : We will definitely be back and the main reason is the staff in bistro/bar. Their great customer service and warm and friendly attitudes truly set them apart! dottie, Delroy and Brad to name just a few of them are your best ambassadors. We will tell everyone we know that Maison Dupuy is the only place to stay when visiting New Orleans.

Apr. 17, 2012 : This is our favorite hotel in the quarter; we have visited almost every year for the past 20 years to celebrate my birthday. Thank you for keeping the hotel to the quality we have grown to expect.

Apr. 17, 2012 : Beds were very comfortable! No complaints in any area.

Apr. 14, 2012 : It's three walking minutes north of the activity and noise, just far enough that the courtyard pool and garden patio are tranquil and relaxing. The reconstructed historic buildings of the hotel are not quite as sound-proof on the inside as modern hotels so we could hear people talking and doors closing in the halls. But that's a tiny price to pay for the authentic and romantic feel the place gives. Common areas and rooms were both clean and neat and elegantly decorated. Staff were always friendly and helpful. My wife wants to buy a "heavenly" bed just like the one in our room; and it was a little hard to get her going in the morning. :-) It would have been nice to have a small fridge because some of the meals (and street daqueries) we bought were too much to consume in one sitting. We had a fantastic time.

Apr. 3, 2012 : We expecially enjoyed the special breakfast delivered to our room Saturday morning. We had Eggs Benedict, bagels and Lox, and chocolate covered strawberries delivered along with orange juice and coffee. Everything was delicious ! We ate the breakfast with the balcony door open overlooking the courtyard and thoroughly enjoyed the moring. We would recommend this add-on to everyone!

Apr. 3, 2012 : Marvin (doorman) was outstanding! Very friendly and every suggestion he gave us was fantastic !! Dana (front desk) was very helpful and courteous! We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived. Woderful experience.

Apr. 3, 2012 : The front desk clerk, on Saturday March 24, when we checked in who was especially helpful. Our original room was very noisy due to the air conditioningplan right below. In the midst of people checking in and a wedding, he graciously changed our room immediatley. I don't remember his name... but he did a wonderful job insuring our stay was wonderful.

Apr. 3, 2012 : Our stay was wonderful. Thanks to Rutha she was amazing, she truly proves that the south has the best & most friendley people. The front desk staff was amazing, they went out of there way to help with all our needs. The one girl even printed our boarding passes for us, which was very helpful since we were going to be busy at that time. We will be staying there again.
