French Quarter Wine Festival The inaugural year is over and it was a resounding success! We had over 500 attendees for the seven event festival including the sold-out opening reception. Plans are already under way for the 2008 festival; opening reception is tentatively scheduled for February 29, 2008 with 12 vintner dinners to follow! Chef Dominique is off to Paris Dominique will be one of three chefs who will be cooking at the U.S. Ambassador of France’s home on June 16th. Kobe Beef, a specialty served in Dominique’s, will be introduced to the elite diners of France and this delicacy will be a culinary showcase. Bon Voyage! French Quarter Seafood Festival Dominique’s will be participating in the inaugural French Quarter Seafood Festival which begins on June 8, 2007. We will be hosting a wine pairing seafood dinner that evening.
