Bistreaux Announces New Executive Chef, Director of Outlets

We’re excited to announce two new additions to our onsite restaurant, Bistreaux: Executive Chef Scott Majure and Director of Outlets David Broussard.

Chef Scott Majure comes to us from the iconic Rib Room at the Omni Royal Orleans Hotel.  With more than nine years of experience as an executive chef and a culinary degree from the top ranked Johnson & Wales in Miami –his French Louisiana style will be the perfect fit for the Bistreaux’s inspired comfort food.

The award-winning David Broussard joins the Bistreaux family with more than nine years of hospitality experience, including the prestigious Swizzle Stick Bar at Loews Hotel. During his time in hospitality, he’s earned multiple awards such as Loews Legend Award, where he was honored as employee of the year. As Director of Outlets, he oversees menu development and manages the Bistreaux restaurant and bar, as well as room service operations. 

Whether you want to enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet before exploring the Big Easy, relax over a leisurely lunch or dine before dancing the night away, the Bistreaux is the perfect place. Don’t forget about the amazing Happy Hour deals every Wednesday through Friday from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m!
