To fully get into the holiday spirit – and embrace the classic New Orleans roots – the Maison Dupuy is now offering a special Réveillon menu from December 1 to December 31, 2015 at our Bistreaux! 
 
The Réveillon Menu consists of:
 

FIRST COURSE

Choice of:

•Turtle Soup with Boiled Egg & Sherry

•Chicken & Andouille Gumbo over Popcorn Rice

 

SECOND COURSE

Choice of:

•Smoked Duck & Warm Spinach Salad with Crimini Mushrooms, Pork Belly, Caramelized Onion & Pomegranate Gastrique

•Black Trumpet Ravioli with Thyme Brown Butter

 

THIRD COURSE

Choice of:

•Pan-Seared Redfish with Butternut Squash, Tasso Hash & Lemon Beurre Blanc

•Grilled Quail with Chaurice, Apricot Stuffing & Tabasco Honey

•Pork Filet with Corn Pudding, Winter Root Vegetables & Pork Demi

 

FOURTH COURSE

•Pumpkin Crème Brûlée with Wattleseed Cream

•Sticky Toffee Pudding with Cinnamon Ice Cream
