Kick off Summer with the 2012 Bridge Run in Crescent City

There's no better way to kick off summer than spending some time outdoors enjoying the sights, sounds and smells of the season.  Why not take it one step further?  This year welcome the summer with an early evening run across the Crescent City Connection Bridge over the Mississippi River.  The 4 mile race gives participants an opportunity to see the gorgeous city skyline at sunset.  After the 2012 Bridge Run in Crescent City, participants are invited to attend a post-race party on the East Bank with live entertainment, food and beverages.  Registration is open now but hurry because only the first 3,000 runners will be eligible to participate.
