I just wanted to drop a note to say what an excellent dining experience we had. We were in town for my 40th birthday and decided to check out the restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was perfect. I especially like the effect of having all the servers place the plates in front of each guest at the same time. Tres chic! Even the menu is refreshingly thoughtful and unique. Love the pairings and the grouping of foods according to flavor – sparkling whites, rich reds, etc. Thank you too for the having small portions so we could order tapas style. It’s so good to find a restauranteur who knows what he is doing on all levels! Rhett
