Let's ring in the holiday season in Bistreaux!

From now until December 30, the Bistreaux is offering a Four Course Reveillon Dinner Menu.

 

First Course

Chevre and Field Mushroom Bisque with Candied Shitake

 

Second Course - Choice of one:

Grilled Salmon Toro - Charred Salmon brushed with Sweet Soy over Frisee Lettuce

with Toasted Hazelnuts and Citrus Vinaigrette

or

Duck Salad - Duck Leg and Summer Tomato Confit over Baby Arugula and

Shaved Fennel Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette and Lemon Candy

 

Third Course - Choice of one:

Pan Seared Redfish - Topped with Crawfish and Jumbo Lump Crab Ragout and

served over Garden Vegetables

or

Chicken and Boudin - Chicken Thigh stuffed with Boudin Sausage, roasted with Bourbon Mop

served over Braised Greens with Brown Gravy

or

Braised Beef Short Rib - Slow braised Beef topped with Truffled Potato Brulee,

English Peas and Shaved Asiago

 

Fourth Course - Choice of one:

Chocolate Decadence - Rich Chocolate Silk with Macadamia Nut Crust

or

Bread Pudding - With Chocolate, Banana and Brandy
