Bistreaux Restaurant and Bar at the Maison Dupuy Hotel is starting weekend dinner specials. Check it out. Appetizer: Steamed Prince Edward Isle Mussels with diced red and green tomatoes, sweet red onions, steamed in a white wine and herb butter sauce. Salad: Warm Duck Salad with a Citrus Vinaigrette. Warm duck confit served on a bed of mesculun greens with candied eggplant and cherry tomatoes. Meat Entree: Herb and Bread Crumb Encrusted Lamb with mushroom risotto and balsamic braised red onion and lamb jus. Fish Entree: Coquille St. Jacques - Sauteed lemon fish, scallop, shrimp and calamari served on a bed of sauteed spinach and shittake mushroom in a warm puffed pastry shell.
